The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were tiny with no balcony and a view of the air conditioning units from the restaurant, they felt more like a hostel. The after-check-out usage for privacy was a plus for my son.
The hotel offers spacious and tidy rooms with great storage, ideal for families of four. While lacking the promised balcony, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was attentive and friendly, despite some inexperienced staff members. The location provides a superb off-the-beaten-track retreat, requiring short taxi rides to nearby attractions. The dining options were satisfying but limited, prompting exploration outside the hotel. The facilities are well-maintained and cater to various needs.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, but there were some issues with the service and amenities. The location was breathtaking and luxurious, perfect for relaxation, although a few dining options left something to be desired.
